Our VULSINI Heating Bags have a 12 month guarantee for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, please email us at support@vulsini.com detailing the fault and providing images if necessary and we will assist you further. VULSINI may arrange collection of the item for testing, and in the event that no fault is found with the item, the customer will incur the associated postage costs. We aim to resolve any issues within 14 days.
